laws that govern your actions with Professional Resume Services, Inc.

privacy and make very transparent the way websites are using your

principles for PRS’s services.

that PRS collects, and the ways in which PRS uses that personal information. PRS does not provide or sell information to third parties.
Unless you authorize us to as part of our job search packages and/or resume distribution, we do not contact employers or provide your information to any other party. PRS does not collect personally identifying information
from visitors to this site unless voluntarily and knowingly submitted by the visitor. Information provided through your use of this site will only be used to notify you or respond to your requests, or anonymously measure traffic and visitor patterns at this site. This website is maintained by

Personal information collection

Professional Resume Services, Inc. may collect and use the following kinds
of personal information:

  • Career documents: resumes, cover letters, thank you letters, personal
    and professional references, biographies, assessments, LinkedIn
    information, federal requirement information, company documents, and
    any documents you (or clients) send us to help create your resume
    package.
  • One-time credit card information to complete the sale of service via
    virtual terminal, Paya.com. You can read their privacy policy here. We also use

  • Any other information that you send to your resume writer, LinkedIn
    expert, or career consultant.
  • PRS uses Google Analytics to track where visitors are coming from and
    which pages they visit. Cookies may be used to help identify interests

Using personal information

Professional Resume Services may use your personal/career information to:

  • Create your resume, cover letter, e-note, thank you letter, biography,
    LinkedIn profile and other career documents you may need.
  • Send you marketing communications via email: newsletter. You may opt
    out at any time. Simply opt-out, email us, or call us to be removed.

Where Professional Resume Services, Inc. discloses your personal
information to its resume writers/sub-contractors for these purposes, the
sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal
information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement. Only
employees and sub-contractors who need the information to perform a
specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes
identified elsewhere above, Professional Resume Services, Inc. may disclose
your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by
law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal
proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal
rights.

Website Comments

If you choose to add a comment to any posts published on this site, the
name and email address you enter with your comment will be stored, along
with your computer’s IP address, the time and date that you submitted the
comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to
the comment section of the respective blog post and is not passed on by PRS
to any third party data processors (although it may be stored and used by
Automattic pursuant to its privacy policies).

Only your name will be shown on the post seen by the public, although if

PRS uses Infusionsoft to distribute newsletters and reports. Infusionsoft
is one of the client management tools we use to manage client engagement.

Securing your data

Professional Resume Services, Inc. will take reasonable technical and
organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of
your personal information. PRS will store all the personal information you
provide on its secure servers. Information relating to electronic
transactions entered into via this website will be protected by encryption
technology.

Cross-border data transfers

Professional Resume Services, Inc. works with clients across the globe.
Career Information that Professional Resume Services, Inc. collects may be
stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in
which PRS operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with
this privacy policy. You agree to such cross-border transfers of personal
information.

Professional Resume Services, Inc. may update this privacy policy by
